Ordering by Phone or Mail
There are no shipping charges for cards, gift certificates and gift wrapping.
We strive to ship our orders promptly. Our goal is to ship by the next day, but sometimes if we are busy it may take two to three days.

We craft and sell the best pet-centric products we possibly can. If you have concerns about one of our products please contact us. We want you and your pet to be happy.
Ordering by phone or mail
You may also call our office at 219-926-7604 and place a phone order using Visa or Mastercard. If you would like to pay with a check you may download our order form and mail it in.
